| How does it work? |
Posh Pet Members will be issued a membership card. They must bring this card in each grooming to earn a punch on their card(similar to a Stewart's milk card). On the eighth punch they will receive a 25% discount of their grooming for the day and be issued a new Posh Pet card. |

| What is an Automatic Appointment? |
An Automatic Appointment is when your pet's next grooming appointment is automatically made for you every time you come in for an appointment. The frequency of the appointments is based on how often you would like your pet groomed and your availability. The frequency of the appointment and the date of the appointment may be changed by the customer at any time. If your pet's next appointment is on a day there is no availability the appointment will be made for the next appointment that is available. |
